Charlton Morris: A Great Place to Work

As you may have already seen yesterday, Charlton Morris have been recognised as the 16th Best Small Company to Work for in the UK, which is something we’re still riding high on!

When we started up, as with any brand-new business our priority was staying afloat, hitting targets and growing our business. Culture was something that we cared about but didn’t dedicate a huge amount of time to.

In the last couple of years, we’ve moved from that start-up phase as we’ve become an established business. Nothing signified this more than my appointment in September last year. That was a real recognition of our dedication to ensuring we had an inclusive and diverse culture. Receiving this award is a great extension of that.

In my role as Internal Recruitment and Training Manager, I’m really looking forward to having yet another amazing accolade to show our new starters in the summer. We’ve always known it ourselves, but now a major external body recognises that we’re a great company to work for. I’m also looking forward to showing off our award when I’m interviewing people for the first time.

I’m proud to be a part of Charlton Morris and I can confidently say we have a company full of ambassadors. I along with my peers are genuinely proud to come to work every day and contribute to our ongoing success. I’m also pleased that I now have the responsibility of welcoming new employees and help guide them to become our next generation of Business Consultants and hopefully future leaders of CM.

If the last few years are anything to go by, then this is a really exciting time to be joining Charlton Morris.

With this said, I believe it will always be a good time to join CM. Our growth has no sign of slowing down and the forward-thinking nature of our leadership results in constant change, with exciting announcements every quarter.

Our goal over the next few years is to not just match our current achievements but surpass them!
