The 4 day week

As part of The Journey, you'll work a 4 day week.

That's because we realise that work is a part of your life, not the other way around. When you work with us, we want to make sure that we are taking your whole life into account.

This is embodied by our commitment to working a 4-day week. We believe that giving our people a day back with no reduction in pay is the best benefit we can offer. It keeps our teams happy, healthy and motivated without compromising on the service we provide to our clients.

Our benefits package and progressive family policies were introduced to provide support for everyone at CM. We've also introduced a Menstrual Leave Policy to support everyone suffering from pain or severe discomfort by offering additional flexibility and time off when needed.
